Stop working after 35 days of delivery
This is a very beautiful watch but since day 1. I had nothing but issues from Amazon. I have purchased a lot from Amazon. This is the first time I tried a jewelry.I had this deliver to my address in New Jersey I choose two day delivery since this is for our anniversary with my wife…. Didn’t arrived in time. When I got the watch, hands stop working, I thought that if this is just a battery then its very strange since it is still new but nevertheless, I went to Sears Watch Repair to replace the battery and after that it ran for about only 20 minutes then it died again. I checked the Amazon warranty and it says that “Amazon is not authorized reseller”?? Isn’t there any law about selling unauthorized item? So I called amazon and the person was polite and just gave me a manufacturer’s phone number (?) So I called the number many times but it would just ask me to leave a message? Why would amazon don’t take care of their own items? I’m so frustrated if only I knew they are not authorized reseller I could have just paid more form authorized dealer.

Bangle watch too small
I purchased this watch as a Christmas gift for my wife. It is a very nice watch however the solid, non-adjustable bangle bracelet will only fit a small wrist. Unfortunately we had to return the watch.
